DISNEY ROYALTY is a welcoming introduction to the magic of theater! Students will explore the fundamental skills of theater through Disney’s musicals that made it from screen to stage on the famous streets of New York City:

VOICES OF MUSIC THEATRE PHILLY

VOICES OF MUSIC THEATRE PHILLY is a brand new offering for the music lover in all of us. Are you a fan of Broadway Music? Are you constantly singing show tunes at home or in the car? This is a perfect opportunity to brush up on your vocal skills in a fun positive environment. Voices of Music Theatre Philly is for adult singers of all skill levels. Singers will meet weekly for 90 minutes to rehearse musical theater choral music and work on skills of sight-reading and ensemble music-making.
The class will culminate in a small concert during the last week of class. (Venue and Time TBD)
CHARLIE GILBERT Charlie Gilbert has been teaching and making musical theater in Philadelphia for nearly forty years. He headed the Musical Theater Program at The University of the Arts, where he taught music and performance classes and conducted and directed musicals. He's also a composer, writer and Barrymore-nominated music director who's worked at the Arden, Peoples Light and the Prince Music Theater. Charlie currently serves as Executive Director for MusiCoLab a new organization dedicated to supporting musical theater creators and new musicals in Philly.
