1. BROADWAY BOOTCAMP

BROADWAY BOOTCAMP is for the young performer ready to become a “triple threat!” This class explores the foundations of musical theater in an ensemble setting. Get ready to shine on stage by learning these key theatrical skills:

  • Imagination and storytelling

  • Vocal technique and musicality

  • Dancing

  • Acting

  • Ensemble Performance

  • Stage Presence

2. GROUP VOICE LESSONS

Grades 3-6

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

In GROUP VOICE LESSONS, a professional Vocal Coach will guide students through the process of getting to know their voice in an ensemble setting while singing beautiful music. This fun and informative experience will teach young artists:

  • Vocal technique and performance

  • Fundamental musical notation

  • Understanding of Solfege, a method of teaching aural skills

  • Matching pitch

  • Sight-reading sheet music

Join Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Sven, and all of your favorite characters as they embark on an epic, ice-filled journey of self-discovery, camaraderie, and the real meaning of true love. Adapted for young performers, this musical includes favorite Frozen songs such as “Love Is an Open Door,” “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?,” and “Let It Go,” as well as wonderful new songs from the Broadway production. FROZEN KIDS ends in a full performance complete with costumes, sets and lights!

1. ACTING & IMPROV
Grades 3-6

ACTING & IMPROV explores the basic foundations of acting, public speaking, and improvisational exercises. Each class explores listening, impulse, and narrative and character basics through text, exercises, and theatre games. Each class explores the following theatrical fundamentals:

  • Character creation

  • Scene study

  • Team building and ensemble acting

  • Stage presence

  • Theater vocabulary and terminology

Showcases: All classes culminate in a showcase performance at another venue. Families will be given more information about the showcase timing, ticketing, and other details after the session begins.
