MUSIC THEATRE PHILLY, a non-profit training ground for Musical Theatre and Dance in Center City, is seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and professional Teaching Artists and Designers.

At MTP, our goal is to create a professional training ground for young artists by cultivating a creative, encouraging, and disciplined environment, while maintaining the integrity of Musical Theatre. Our programs are designed to build confidence, respect, and teamwork, while helping each individual find their personal voice through artistic training and community engagement.

SUMMER CAMP
Camp Director ($700.00/week)
Lead Teaching Artists ($550.00/week)
Teaching Assistant ($400.00/week)


All applicants must love working with children of all ages, have a friendly and positive demeanor, and work well in a collaborative environment. MUSIC THEATRE PHILLY strives to maintain a family-friendly and inclusive vibe for all of our Teaching Artists, Students, and Families. Summer Camps are expected to run June 13-September 2, 2022 (12 one-week sessions), running Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, with optional Before/After Care. A typical day includes instruction in voice, acting, and dance, as well as theatre games, crafting, and more, with breaks for snack and lunch. MUSIC THEATRE PHILLY is dedicated to creating an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative atmosphere and is seeking Teaching Artists who reflect all of the communities of our city.
