We have clean, spacious play zones and entertaining add-ons to make your party memorable and completely unique.

Upstairs Gym rental: $435
The upstairs gym is ideal for high-energy parties and events where your child is the center of attention! Our large indoor gym and dance room combination has ample space for adults to relax and mingle while children sing, dance, and play.

Party Decoration: Basic $55 or Premium $85
Our decor packages comes with paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, table toppers in the color of your choice, plastic cups, candles, a lighter, and a dozen balloons or giant gold mylar number balloon for the birthday child, and birthday banner.

Broadway Bash: $200
Select your favorite Broadway show and spend an hour singing and dancing with our expert instructors, culminating in a fantastic performance! The birthday star will shine brighter than ever on their special day!

The Pop Star Experience: $150
Is your child a fan of Taylor Swift or Olivia Rodrigo? Transform your party into a concert with this karaoke add-on and sing your hearts out!

Hip Hop Hooray: $200
Get the party moving with a dance class! Choose your favorite style and learn from one of our experienced choreographers. This hour-long class ends with a performance that will keep you dancing all night long!

Arts and Crafts: $100
Is your family still slime-obsessed or making friendship bracelets inspired by Taylor Swift? Personalize an arts and crafts add-on to let your party's artist shine!

Character Entertainment: $225 for face, $275 for Mascots
Your performer will play, sing, and make your birthday child feel like a superstar!
Available for 45 minutes or full hour.

Refund/Cancellation/Rescheduling
Party Deposits are non-refundable

If you find you need to reschedule your party, Music Theatre Philly will make every effort to afford this accommodation. However, as our parties are in high demand, there will be a $50 fee to reschedule if the request is more than four weeks out. At three weeks out there will be a $100 fee, and a $200 fee for any rescheduling at two weeks or less.

If you cancel or reschedule your party with less than two weeks notice, you will also be responsible for any additional fees that Music Theatre Philly may have incurred in the planning of your party – these will include catering and staff fees and will be dependent on the size/choices you've made with our party planner.

Music Theatre Philly reserves the right to cancel a party or close the facility due to inclement weather or unforeseen, uncontrollable circumstances. If a party is canceled, every attempt will be made to reach those registered to reschedule the party ASAP. In the event that the event cannot be rescheduled, a refund will be issued to the family in the form of original payment.
