Music Theatre Philly Studio Policy

To ensure a positive and professional experience for our students, caregivers and staff, we ask that everyone please follow these policies.

​Cancellation by MUSIC THEATRE PHILLY: MTP reserves the right to cancel any program if enrollment is insufficient. Any tuition payed will be refunded in full.

​

​Cancellation for Classes, MTP Presents and Workshops: If you would like to cancel your registration before the first day of the class or show, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel your registration after the first class and receive a full refund minus $50 for the cost of the first class and administrative fees. After the first week, no refund will be given.

​

​Cancellation for Camp: If you would like to cancel your registration for a session of camp, MTP will refund the full tuition less a $25 registration fee per class if you request the cancellation more than 2 weeks before the start of the session. If you cancel your registration within 2 weeks before the session begins, a 50% refund (minus the $25 processing fee) will be given. After each session begins, no refund or credit will be given, regardless of attendance.

Returned Checks: A $20 service charge will be attached to any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.

​

Pick Up: All caregivers are expected to pick up their child within a timely manner. If you are delayed by 15 minutes or more, you will be charged a fee of $15/hour.

​

Photography: MUSIC THEATRE PHILLY reserves the right to use photos and/or videos taken during classes and performances for promotional materials only. If you do not want your child's image used on our website, please contact us.

​

Potty Training: All students must be potty trained before attending class at Music Theatre Philly unless otherwise specified.

​

​​Lost and Found Items: MTP will hold onto any items left at the studio for up to one month. After a month, those items will be discarded.

​

Inclement Weather: MTP reserves the right to cancel programs due to inclement weather or other unavoidable circumstances. Cancellations will be announced via email.

​

NUT FREE POLICY: Due to severe allergies, MTP is a nut-free zone. No nuts or food containing nuts may be brought into the studio at any time.
