In three weeks, young artists will experience the entire process of bringing a script to life. Campers will audition, sing in harmony, and learn choreography of the hit musicals seen on Broadway.

Their hard work will be presented on the last Friday of the session at 7PM. For your convenience, the performance will be held in-house at our 1301 Locust location and all families and friends are invited to come watch!

The ghost-with-the-most comes to the stage in BEETLEJUICE JR… Lydia Deetz is a strange and unusual teenager, still grieving the loss of her mother and obsessed with the whole “being dead thing.” Lucky for Lydia, she and her father move to a new house haunted by a recently deceased couple and Beetlejuice, a delightful demon with a real zest for life. When Lydia calls on Beetlejuice to scare away anyone with a pulse, this double-crossing specter shows his true stripes, unleashing a (Nether)world of pandemonium.

Travel back to the Renaissance for an hour of musical comedy gold in SOMETHING ROTTEN JR. In the 1590s, brothers Nick and Nigel Bottom are desperate to write a hit play but are stuck in the shadow of that Renaissance rock star known as "The Bard." When a local soothsayer foretells that the future of theatre involves singing, dancing and acting at the same time, Nick and Nigel set out to write the world’s very first musical. But amidst the scandalous excitement of opening night, the Bottom Brothers realize that reaching the top means being true to thine own self, and all that jazz.
