Music Theatre Philly Summer Intern Program
Grades 9-12

MUSIC THEATRE PHILLY’s Summer Intern program is an opportunity for teen artists to learn about arts education under the guidance of our multi-faceted, experienced Teaching Artists and Administrative staff. Those enrolled will assist teachers with choreography and music direction, lead theatrical game breaks/activities, facilitate transitions throughout the camp day, and make lasting connections with fellow students and staff.

 

Role Requirements: 

• Rising Grades 9-12

• Ability to work Monday through Friday 8:30AM-2:30 PM during weekly youth summer camps

• Attend a mandatory Intern orientation 

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Theatrical experience preferred; not required

 

We will accept applications through March 31, 2027

All candidates moving forward will be invited to interview with MTP administrative staff.

All Interns are considered for MTP scholarship.
