Parenthood in the early months can feel overwhelming, beautiful, exhausting, and everything in between. You don’t have to navigate it alone. Join us for a weekly Support Group for Mothers and birthing parents with New Babies. This group is a welcoming space to share, listen, and connect with others going through the same incredible transition.

The group is facilitated by Rachael Socha, a mom of two, drama therapist, and Director of Education at Music Theatre Philly. With a deep understanding of both the emotional and creative journeys of parenthood, this group will be a compassionate space where moms and birthing parents can feel seen, supported, and not alone.

This group is trans and queer inclusive.

BABY & ME DANCE AEROBICS

Get moving, grooving, and bonding with your baby in BABY & ME DANCE AEROBICS ! This upbeat dance aerobics class is designed for caregivers and their little ones to enjoy fitness and fun together. With children safely snuggled in a carrier or wrap, adults will follow easy-to-learn dance cardio routines set to energizing music.

Are you a fan of Broadway Music? Are you constantly singing show tunes at home or in the car? This is a perfect opportunity to brush up on your vocal skills in a fun positive environment. Voices of Music Theatre Philly is for adult singers of all skill levels. Singers will meet weekly for 90 minutes to rehearse musical theater choral music and work on skills of sight-reading and ensemble music-making.

 

The class will culminate in a small concert during the last week of class. (Venue and Time TBD)

DANCE FITNESS

DANCE FITNESS is a high-energy workout that combines easy-to-follow choreography with a variety of dance styles to keep you moving and motivated. This class boosts cardio endurance, tones muscles, and improves coordination, all while having a blast to your favorite songs. No dance experience needed.

CHILDCARE AVAILABLE:

For children ages 2 & up for the duration of your class. Free for members and $20 per child for non-members. One of our Early Childcare teachers will guide your child through supplemental activities while you take some time to focus on self-care!

CARDIO BARRE blends ballet-inspired movement with high-energy cardio and full-body conditioning for a workout that tones muscles, boosts endurance, and improves flexibility—all with zero impact. This class keeps your heart rate up while targeting arms, core, legs, and glutes. Perfect for all fitness levels - no dance experience required!
