Camp Details

Attire: Students should wear appropriate activewear or dancewear. Students are required to wear studio shoes. “Studio Shoes” include Ballet shoes, Jazz shoes, Jazz sneakers, or clean, closed-toed, closed back shoes to keep our dance floor tidy and sanitary. Please, no Crocs (or similar styles) or shoes that students wear on the street.

Snacks & Lunch: All campers should pack a nut-free snack and plenty of water for their day! No refrigerators or microwaves are available for use. 

Discounts: Siblings: Receive 25% off the tuition for your second child and 50% off tuition for additional children. Multi-camps: Register for 2 camps and get 10% off, 3 or more 15% off. Discounts automatically applied at checkout with a single transaction.

Payment Plans: At checkout, select the payment plan option. Dates of payments are automatically selected but you may contact camp@musictheatrephilly.com to change the payment dates. Camp must be paid in full before the first day of the session. 
 
Cancellation Policy: If you would like to cancel your registration for a session of camp, MTP will refund the full tuition less a $25 registration fee per class if you request the cancellation more than 2 weeks before the start of the session. If you cancel your registration within 2 weeks before the session begins, a 50% refund (minus the $25 processing fee) will be given. After each session begins, no refund or credit will be given, regardless of attendance.
