Playhouse Membership Policies:
Child Supervision: ALL PLAY AREAS ARE FOR CHILDREN 5 YEARS & UNDER and their caregivers ONLY.
Parents and Caregivers assume the safety of their children. Children may not be left unsupervised in the Playspace. All members must respect the Playspace policies posted in the building. Failure to honor those policies may result in a cancellation of your membership.
Cancellation: Your membership can be canceled at any time by emailing info@musictheatrephilly.com. All cancellations must be confirmed via email. We cannot cancel memberships over the phone. We require one week’s notice before your next billing cycle to cancel the next charge of your account. Our registration system requires a week's notice to avoid an upcoming billing cycle. Requests for termination will be honored upon request, but may not be possible if under 7 days notice.
Closures: Music Theatre Philly reserves the right to close The Playhouse due to building repairs, emergencies, severe weather or any emergency circumstances. Members will be notified of any closures as soon as possible via email.
