MINDY DOUGHERTY BAIADA

Mindy is a Tony Award-winning producer and partner at At Rise Creative alongside Michael Arden. She has helped bring acclaimed Broadway productions such as The Lost Boys and Maybe Happy Ending to the stage. A Broadway alum herself, Mindy holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Penn State and a master’s degree in Theatre Education from NYU.

She believes deeply in the arts as a force for building character, confidence, and community.

DANN DUNN currently the Associate Artistic Director of Gulfshore Playhouse in Naples, FL., has created and maintained professional works as a Director/Choreographer, Associate, Dance Captain, Educator, Producer, and Live Events Coordinator around the world. NYC: Sesame Street On Broadway (Madison Square Garden), Miracle On 34th Street (MSG), The Adventures Of Tom Sawyer (Symphony Space), First Date (Revised National Tour Workshop). National Tour: CATS, The Music Man, The Adventures Of Tom Sawyer, Sesame Street Live! Proud Member, Actor’s Equity Association.
